What is data transfer?

Your telephone service provider charges you for downloading information from the internet onto your phone. You are charged by the amount of data that is being transferred, not by how long you are connected when downloading. In other words, you pay per megabyte instead of per minute. The Verbier Mobile application, which you download, is about 6 Mb.
